The estimated delivery time is 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you by email.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us by email with your order number and reason for the request.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
